Since it's being used for 1. Pulling Nose Hair, 2. To refer to the j-j-jamming it in an onahole and 3. A Handjob, something relating to tugging, grabbing or even pulling would work. You're not going to be able to get the joke through easily with the base meaning of 抜く.

Yeah, this one's tricky. Maybe "tug (off)" would work, but it's going to take some effort to keep the joke intact, regardless.
