That in the background, that's not a Leopard 1, is it?

The details are too sketchy for a positive match, but the turret and wedge-shaped gun mantlet does fit the Leopard 1A3 variant.

Looks kinda like a AMX-30 but the cupola and the position is wrong.

Reminds me of that scene from Fast and Furious.
As for the tank itself, It's probably the AMX-30, or one of the prototypes leading up to the Leclerc (AMX-32, 40)
