Yeah, seems to be some sort of new challenge. Tagged #おっぱいチャレンジ on twitter.

It's actually based on pictures of western women(woman?) doing it in real life, some Japanese guy posted some pics saying it was a new fad. I'm not sure that's actually true, but that's were it came from
