So did frying pans as weapons in games, parachuting into a combat zone, and a the whole notion of "battle royale" death matches, but they're suing for all those things, too. In fact, they're also suing for using shipping containers as environmental pieces even though in PUBG, they're purchased pre-made assets (along with nearly all the other assets) from the Unreal Engine asset store. They're not just suing for copyright infringement of something they couldn't copyright even if they did make it, they didn't even make it.
