I translated all I could get enough information on to make a guess, but there isn't enough context to really be conclusive unless you were more in-touch with whatever it's talking about to make the inference. The text on what Miyuki's holding is far too tiny to read, and the rest of the text in the image isn't helpful.

I'm guessing it's music, though, by the commentary, although I'm not sure what 574 means...
