Kirishima from KanColle, right?

Kirishima_Touka from Tokyo Ghoul looks slightly similar, but doesn't have the glasses and her hair covers her right eye more.

I think the character this resembles even more is Konori_Mii from Index. She has the frameless glasses, blue eyes, short dark blue hair with bangs swept to her right, blue eyes, and large breasts.
