Inazuma's capable of suppressing her own natural verbal tick, though? I get the sense she'd end it with -nanodesou.

Also, I think the joke with Ikazuchi is that she's putting in both a stereotypical ninja old-fashioned particle (degozaru) and a more modern nonsensical verbal tic one (nin-nin) on top of that.
