I think the two smallest can both either be called Chibi and SuperDeformed, 1/1 is what people mostly use when decorating cover art with additional characters and what I preferably would call chibi.
Loli, Lolita, Lolicon, the adoration of "young girls", would technically apply to all of these, but if in the process of categorizing them, I would say 1/4 would fit best, looking like a small girl, while 1/7 is given a more mature look with the hint of a chest, but more extreme measures would be needed to leave the category entirely.
I am a 1/1 characters lover for most things. Whether character dolls, phone strap mascots, you name it!
