So extremely late, but this is as Clever as it is hilarious to anyone who played this. You could get your subjob quest by level 18. That is the reason for the "barely 18" double entendre joke there. Magicked skulls were a bitch to farm sometimes so to avoid being gimp, players would beg for parties or high level players to help getting them.
