If someone knows how to tag her top that would be great. The miko page said that mikos usually wear a white kosode, but I couldn't find a tag for that and it's also not a traditional kosode considering how short it is.

Yeah, but in this case it's better to tag it with nothing and make a comment instead. The image will get enough attention then since Translators are also lurking around in the comment section.
And yes, I know it's hard to not use a tag and I also do some mistakes there so one should force oneself to ask instead.

The ribcage isn't in the way. The skin could be extended some even at the ribcages. The belly is simply very big for her build.
