Zounose is pretty consistent with Suwako. His drawings for the popularity posts since the 12th, I think, has different characters each time, with the only constant being Suwako.
According to the voting page: the preliminary results will be announced on the 21st morning, detailed results will follow later.

9th, actually. Though he skipped 10th, for some reason. At least, according to what Danbooru have. Also, aside from Suwako, most of the characters he picked seems to be from the newer games. Pretty cool of him to give the newer characters a chance, me think.
