She was built there but she served the IJN... Like Kongou She was built in England but served to the Japaneses

Kamoi's also not actually a Tender other than her middle form, which doesn't count. Only first and final forms do, and she's AO for both. =p

I put a "check translation" on there, because there are some parts that I'm not really sure about (especially the second sentence in Chiyoda's), but this series tends to languish for months because nobody else wants to take a crack at it, and I can definitely understand why...
