Nope, because of a mobile gaming company using patented touch screen controls, which literally thousands of other mobile games do, but Nintendo chose to single THIS company out for the alleged infringement. Imagine if Blizzard pooped their pants and started throwing lawsuits about for all the online games that are copying their user interface and play style? This could honestly be damaging to Nintendo. I would imagine this type of action is frowned upon these days, especially when singling out specific companies. Who do they think they are? Disney?
