I still wouldn't call this creepy or lewd (even though I enjoy it), sounds like the usual Tsundere stuff but a bit less passive than normal if that makes any sense.

Not really. I've seen "tsundere" applied to male characters plenty of the time. (Hell, I've seen it applied to Bowser...)

There's also a huge gap between "treasuring/wearing it", "close (boy)friend/unaware superior", "male doing it/female doing it", "in agreement/through lies" and I'm just naming some starting points.

In what way is wearing a shirt someone willingly agreed to give you (even if you lied about what you were going to do with it) comparable to serial killing?!

You also have yet to give any explanation as to why anyone would view this differently if a boy was doing it instead of a girl, you're just asserting it then comparing it to serial killers or making false assertions men are called some other thing when they're tsundere. (And what is that name, exactly?)

You're also presuming that the admiral here is totally unaware of Kasumi's feelings for him, and would for some reason be offended and said no if she'd said the truth, when the one by the same artist with Akebono shows he seems pretty aware of how she feels.

More to the point, what is this gender bias you're proclaiming? How do you think people are reacting to Kasumi doing this, and how do you think people would react to a hypothetical male character doing the same thing? You're asserting a lot, but providing zero actual basis for those assertions.
