This swimsuit baffled me at first.

So it's made up of:
1. blue bikini halter-top
2. white halter-one-piece over it, with a full stomach cutout
3. a layered, bikini mini-skirt and, from the colors, it indicates that the blue top might be built in to the one-piece
artists even made the whole set 1 continuous swimsuit at times.

It's a tiny biiiit overdesigned i think.
