(Also: Machine translation of the commentary yields the somewhat hilarious result "Special hair dye pigment thin sister costume exchange," which I think, from context and because the first bit of that is "Toku-gata" in the original, means something along the lines of "silver-haired Special Type sisters' costume exchange." But don't go by me. :)
