I think the artist forgot their perspective while drawing. The vagina seems to be located where the anus should be, given the visible position of the buttocks.

She's lacking a sternum, so her ribs meet up just above her largely-unprotected heart.

It seems more like her vagina is so puffy it's like a third breast that dangles out over the anus. (Oh, and the breasts are sagging far too much for breasts that small. It looks like someone scooped out parts of her torso from under the breasts to make them look larger or something.)

Also, that tiny condom would likely be too small for any penis not afflicted by some sort of medical condition - it's smaller than the iris of her eye!
