OK, I get that pictures are going to be unapproved --- often for less than rigorous reasons --- but where there is a done pool it just looks silly to have only approved images with blanks for the unapproved images, or completely empty.

Sure unapprove pictures for ordinary viewing, but just leave them showing in the pools, perhaps with a different border to indicate status.
