@BrenTurner You do realize you are replying to a post over 4 years old right? That said... yes that is indeed very debatable. Just about any none comic version of Darkside almost certainly loses. The comic version though... Well, it sort of falls into the classic Comic Superman VS Goku argument. Some of the feats of Comic Darkside are absolutely absurd. I guess it really boils down to "Does Beerus's power of destruction work on Darkside?" If yes he wins. If either not fully or straight up no it doesn't then in the drag-down knockout fight to the death between the two of them Darkside probably comes out on top.

Not even that, the omega beams themselves are equal to if not better than Beerus's Hakai abilities/power, the difference is, however, is that the Omega beams don't just destroy the target they remove that target and any version of that target from all realities, it's as if that person never existed in any timeline, or place, yes I know Batman somehow survived but its Batman.
2nd any time Darksied appears on Earth or in a place where normal mortals can interact with him, it's generally understood that they are only dealing with an avatar of Darksied. The new gods are pretty much shades of concepts, Darksied is a principle entity, evil exists therefore Darksied simply is. Beerus has shown to be existent on one plane of existence, he is very much a singular being within a multiverse, but Darksied is a concept that expands all realities, timelines, planes of existence again Darksied simply is.
