I rated it "explicit" for the obvious, but it's clearly not doing anything sexual.

Should I change it to "Questionable" or leave it as is?

Pretty sure a giant dick tentacle coming straight out of a completely exposed vagina falls soundly within "openly portrayed sex acts."

Not sure if you would call that sex. Then again, if having tentacles coming out of her vagina is called sex, then explicit it is.

I personally reserve sexual acts as something going into the vagina, though...
