Well the one on the left is penetrated Vaginaly and Analy (The only way for all_the_way_through tag to exist).
To answer your question, usualy no. Unl- //NERD ALERT// -ess the SAME tentacle penetrates both the digestive system and then the Vagina. This not only sounds Painful but actualy realy unhealthy, especialy for "Breathing" as it appears its essential for a Human being to survive (Unless we talk about Undead). And i am not mentioning the certain damage to some parts of the Internal Organs in the process by overpressure of Digestive Acids wich would also hurt the Tentacle if its not well enugth protected.
