Should error tag be added to this? The fishing line suddenly disappears as soon as it went behind her hip; also there's no reel in the rod. I mean, there's fixed line rod but it didn't look like this. The line also didn't have any hook(s) attached on it...well, if you wanted to use that rod as makeshift flail technically you can.

Someone mentioned you can use bare hand as reel while ice fishing; you wound the line on your palm...is that common in Russia?
Getting the chance to create the "auger" tag has been the high point of my day so far, which probably doesn't say much about the day I'm having, but anyway. :)
I remember one time in Top Gear, they were commenting on Soviet-made cars, and one of them actually featured a passenger-side hole in the footwell so that you could drill a hole in the ice, park your car over it (definitely check that ice thickness...) and then fish from inside your car (which obviously can stay warmer).

Ha, I remember that segment. It was the same one in which May broke a Chaika by flagrantly and deliberately trying to change gear.
