I don't see the reason behind the flagging, why would having too many pictures of the same topic be a bad thing? As far as I'm concerned, danbooru is an image gallery that hosts any images given that it meets a certain threshold of quality, no? (which in this case, doesn't seem to be of bad qualty at all to me)

I agree, the 2nd part of the flag is absolutely uneccessary to mention here, because you see what happened here. Whatever we have written here, the first part is what's crucial and that's the call for "Poor quality". I'm pretty sure if it gets rejected then not because of the 2nd part. If it gets to stay that presumable because of the 2nd part.
But this flag shouldn't have mentioned the part in brackets.
