When I was younger, there was a typhoon, and it was dawn. I thought it would be cool to see it via the roof of my home (roof is flat, basically a roof deck). It was cool, and very very windy and rainy.

Why would anyone deliberately go out in the rain just to see something? Now fishing, that's another matter entirely...

Incidentally, it seems time has certainly not dulled his powers I see.
