BACKSTORY: Maria (the woman who felt the pain in the chest) A.K.A. Marria a la del Barrio was a poor woman who lived in a landfill, for some reason she ended up in the De La Vega Mansion, where lived the De La Vega Family. Soraya was fiancee of Luis Fernando De La Vega (she didn't love him, she just want his money), but Luis and Maria fell in love with each other, Soraya tried everything to take Luis back (she even used witchcraft), but Luis and Maria get married, and Soraya went crazy. One day Soraya had a fight and tries to kill her accomplice, but falls from the third floor's window, dying...well, that's was what everybody thought, but in fact a doctor who was friend of Soraya helped her, taking her to the U.S., where she can stay in a hospital. Years later, at the hospital, Soraya started to do therapy to walk again, there she met Alicia (the poor wheelchair girl), Alicia made the mistake of saying that her father was rich. Soraya pretended being a good person, married with Alicia's father, sabotaged his car, causing an accident that killed Alicia's father, after that, Soraya reveals her true colors, being mean to the poor girl, then she moved back to Mexico, there she discovers that Maria and Luis had a son, Nandito, seeking for revenge, she tries to seduce and corrupt him, to destroy Maria's life, but one day Nandito met Alicia, and they fell in love with each other, Soraya starts to suspect that something was wrong, so one day she makes a party and that's is where the scene of this video happens.

First time watching the video, me and my friends were laughing like hell. It was so, for the lack of better words, chaotic.
After reading the description... that's some next level plot-line right there, and this came from someone whose country have fair share of weird telenovelas too (we don't use the same term, but it's pretty close). I don't think any show in my place could match that.
