Given the shapes on this one though, it is probably a Star Wars based blaster (a normal German gun wouldn't have the flared out tip nor a chiller grill on the magazine).

As a massive Star Wars nerd, I can tell you right now that is definitely a DL-44 heavy blaster pistol and not a C96, the bulked up barrel, modified magazine well, muzzle flaring and the scope are what give it away.
The C96's barrel is much more thin in comparison and it lacks the scope seen on the weapon in the picture entirely.
