Today's entry in Fanart February is a tribue to the Ace Attorney series - in particular, the Phoenix Wright ones. Since there are way too many characters in this franchise, I decided to feature only the ones who stand on the sides in court (+ Gumshoe and the main judge as a bonus).

2. Winston Payne
This is purely personal speculation. Age is a frightening thing.

3. Godot
Don't worry, nobody was on that plane.

4. Franziska von Karma
Her text says "deredere" - a reference to...actually, I don't know if what she does can actually be considered "deredere," so we'll just say it's fun drawing her out of character.

5. Edgeworth / Wright / Judge
I drew all three and then made text for them! This is probably not the best approach. Originally Edgeworth was going to be citing some legal stuff, and Wright would object, saying there is no room for law in court, and the judge would sustain it. But I don't know any legal stuff.

6. Gumshoe v Pearl
I don't know how canonical Gumshoe terrorizing Pearl is (actually, I'm quite certain it's non-canon), but it was fun anyway, putting one of the largest characters in the game next to one of the smallest.

7. Manfred von Karma
See #4.

8. Maya Fey
This was actually the funnest one for me to draw.

9. Megaman & Apollo

10. Ema Skye
Was running out of space. I wonder what drove her to think huge pink glasses would either look cool and/or work well? Plus I just noticed that it's a good thing the duo to her left were drawn looking up.

11. Mia/Maya & Wright
This is what I called her.

Man, this one really took way too long (I started this some time last week, I believe). I blame the fact that it is essentially 11 pictures crammed onto one canvas. Also that I am slow. I am also slow. Well, enjoy! Now I can finally move on to something else...
