Ramune has a marble in the neck, you have to tilt it right to drink it properly. In Yuudachi's case she tilted it too much and marble is blocking opening. Take a look at second paragraph of wiki article (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ramune ).

Yup, that's what I thought for Yuudachi but in Samidare's case?
Did she drink it too fast?

Honestly not sure, might simply be that she's not use to carbonated drinks (As is a common trope in anime and manga)

She might have had opened a plastic part that prevents marble from dropping out of the bottle (and eccentially getting into throat)
