In the Fate universe though, they are the same person... sort of. It's complicated. Carmilla is very much the adult Elisabeth Bathory, and cannot stand her younger self- and vice versa.
Carmilla is the EMIYA to Elisabeth's Shirou, basically. They're the same person, only from different points in the timeline.
So, that makes the question the same as "Does having Shirou and EMIYA in the same picture qualify it for the dual_persona tag"? Do we have an answer for that?

They aren't the same character. Elizabeth Bathory actually existed. But Carmilla is still a literary character, the reason why they can both exist as servants is because of how popular Carmilla's story was.
I thought we agreed that it's still considered as dual persona?
