I've heard that too... I think it comes from that little quip of Marisa's back in Imperishable Night... but that is a stretch even for Touhou

Apparently, Narumi and Marisa did actually know each other from before the game and were on friendly terms so this pairing isn't too out there. It seems Marisa even calls her "Naruko".

In one of the Three Fairies manga, Marisa once stole a (non-living) Jizo statue and was threatened by Komachi into putting it back on the road. I'd like to believe she was that.
