I have seen one before but it's not the kind of standard bike shorts like what we see here. The actress also has a buruma scene in the same AV. Not very appealing in my opinion but if you're interested... look up MAB-008.

Isn't this fanart of Ai-chan and her friend from Himura Kiseki's Monday Morning Offerings series?
No, because:
1. The girl on the right only barely resembles Ai-chan, while the girl on the left doesn't resemble any of Himura Kiseki's characters except Trainer-san (and even then only in hairstyle). 2. It's marked "original" on Pixiv.
I was hoping to find something with a buruma bike shorts combo like the above pic but to no avail so far. Even better would be a JAV movie similar to DVDES-604, linked in my previous comment above, with the girls sporting both buruma and bike shorts.
