What reason is there to tag this as a Yame Yukana cosplay? I don't see any proof of it being intended as one, and this artist has been gyaru-izing characters since before Hajimete no Gal existed.

Erm the truth that Hajime no Gal Manga has existed since 2016, the anime has existed recently. Moreover, there is a Yama Yukana's art drawn by this artist after this post

The uniform and accessories do not match hers, and there is no mention of Hajimete no Gal in the commentary or tags on Pixiv. The artist has drawn plenty of gyaru fanart unrelated (obviously so, in many cases) to Hajimete no Gal: joy_ride gyaru. It's possible this was at least partly inspired by Hajimete no Gal airing recently, but putting all that together, there's enough room for doubt.
