This person shows up rather often at Kogasa-san's karaoke marathons. You'd be surprised how often the karaoke tourney members join the Majin Gappa corps that work his events.

That's the intent for both of their cosplays, but Kogasauthor (and friends) teased red-pikmin-san by calling him other things that isn't "Third Eye"
