I do hope we all understand that this series pretty much is: "Hey lets dress up this adorable, deffinetly dangerous, mostlikey murderos, litte girl looking, alien thing! What ever could go wrong!?" It is only a matter of time... Im on to you Hushabye/Petite-emi! You can't fool me! Especialy given the history of Guro and Vore, mix that with the obvious "imma eat yo face" teeth of the Alien thingy... I am sure the artist is gonna pull our heart strings with a ton of adorable "im in vuv" bonding moments. Then as quck as thunder, swipe the rugg from under us, and post a bunch of horribly mangeled body parts, and end it with a picture of the Alien thingy holding the German Docs head in a Shakesperian fasion while coverd in blood!

Alternatively: ADA was not alone, and whatever "others" there were, whether they be members of her race or another set of extraterrestrial researchers, have noticed her absence and will come looking.
Or: As I've been suspecting, ADA is covered in (or simply is) a mold, and at some point it becomes infectious and turns the humans into creatures like ADA.

Well there is also the factor that ADA (presumably) bit the Dr but as of right now such an act has never been shown. Dr simply gains more wounds. So its also possible that the end of this 'series' will be an off screen death of the Dr.

I'd say that there is little worry. Petite-Emi hasn't really drawn anything like that in half a decade. At worst, a bit of mild body horror, but even that was a very cute undead monmusu.
