To be fair to iphn, this isn't a sample. This post is what the artist originally uploaded to pixiv (/2017/06/10/16/41/54/). The parent is a revision the artist replaced it with less than an hour later (/2017/06/10/17/34/17/). And the image was revised at least one more time after that (/2017/06/10/22/18/08/).

Then it should be approved.
