That new "Too Many Requests, Please rate limit yourself" message made this a real pain to upload, I hope they fix it soon.

Yeah, for the same reason it'll be a while before it can be translated.

It seemed to last about 45 seconds for me when I uploaded this. What I did personally was set a timer on Google for a minute (later changed to 45sec) and opened something to read, every time it beeped I uploaded a new image and reset the timer.

It went smoothly but it took way longer then I would have liked just to upload 36 images. I couldn't imagine trying to translate multiple text boxes per page through this mess. I hope to god this is some bug and not some terrible new limit rule.

It's a bug as far as I know. The timer idea isn't bad at all, but I'd have to take a break between every bubble, and I obviously don't have the time patience for that.
