Yes, Histy's cutesy vibrating gibberish in Victory was funny to me because they could be used to form actual words. Filipino words. Besides that, "Pissty" sure sounds a lot like how we say the word "pest" in Bisaya--which just so happens to be used as often as "shit" in the local vernacular (at least in my area, idk about the other regions that speak Bisaya). No wonder she doesn't like the name, it's like the Neps are calling her a little shit. Bill Cipher hehehe
