The hard thing is how to keep them from falling out of places when you stand that box up. With how large it it, you can't quite keep it laying all the time while moving.
My idea is that to make fitting blocks, both on the bottom and the top. That should hold the food in place and keep them from spilling from all the bumps on the way. This, I speak from experience.
