I am unreasonably upset by this and lack the words to express why.
Probably because: A. You don't want to raise a duplicate. B. You don't have enough ship slots. C. You don't have Blueprints. D. You expected another plane mule ignoring any other advantages and tactic diversities. E. All of the above.
Time to remodel her (Lv.99) along with Zara (Lv.88). Mogami (Lv.53), Mikuma (Lv.53) and the remaining CAV (Lv.99) will do for now. I'm getting a duplicate after Spring event.
You can't really judge new-class stuff like this (ACVL) without seeing how it affects branching. I remember when people thought ABKM K2 would be junk because she's "just a worse CLT"
You know with every new Kai-2 that is just total fantasy my hopes for a version of the gloriously stupid Phase II Iowa as a future upgrade increase just a little bit.
