What really makes this one for me is that I've seen my cat sleeping in that exact pose before.

Cats: sleeping in the most awkward possible forms and still won't have backache on the following morning.

That is probably because they have very flexible backs that allow them to fall on their feet by twisting their bodies in mid-air.
