Kasen would win a 2v1. Koa is midboss tier, and Ran is EX-tier, but Kasen's power level is potentially even higher than Reimu's. AND she'd be bloodlusted.
...wonder if there'd even be a victor, or if Ran would settle for a girl. (Actually, Kasen would be most likely to settle, but... the other two are some unpleasant beasts in bed.)
Kasen struck me as ambiguous through the whole thing. Like, I was expecting some sort of reveal explaining it at the end but I still am not sure I get it. Looking at her expression here, it makes me unsure she wants to be part of this at all.

The thing you have to remember about Kasen is that her entire character is a lie, and we know what she's done before in the Hammer-verse. Each of the other girls had consistent themes, but each of Kasen's appeals was like a completely different person. Number one was like someone who can't stop crying long enough to even have sex, almost a caricature of an extreme prude; number two was meek and useless, but willing; and number three is getting impatient and rapey. That's Kasen's lie quickly unraveling.
Three is probably a glimpse of what she really has in mind. She can't be trusted. She wanted to win by default, but she slipped. Now she's by far the most uncertain option.

Seeing how they both kept their mouths quiet whenever Kasen was explaining her self appeal, I´d say they are probably aware of this.

Looking back, I think there's a different interpretation, here, and that's that Kasen is a dojikko.
