To be brutally honest, Kaiser is more responsive and tougher than you, ya silly battleship. You have the range to scare the shit out of everyone I can tell you that.

There is nothing underrated about the ropey turd that is Myogi. It's sole virtue is that it's fast for tier, which is good because it's going to spend most of it's time running the hell away from everything due to having no firepower and being made of paper.

Also has the biggest guns of the tier, but good luck actually hitting anything with them.
I remember her being a huge struggle bus, but that was the first battleship line i went down. Maybe that was just BB learning struggles and not Miyogi's fault. Kaiser's straight amazing though.
She's kinda stuck being a mixed bag of tactics. The American battleships can (eventually) get up close to mitigate their inherent shot spread and survive a decent while with their armor. She's got longer gun range but the same dispersion problems, but while she has the speed to get in closer she doesn't have the heft to be there very long. The only time I really did much useful in the Myogi was when I was at the back of a paintrain and thus one of the last ones to get shot at, at which time I could promptly turn and run away with those aft guns in play.
