Typemoon got no s rank they jump from A+++to EX that is highest rank that mean incalculable and also unstable at same time(its effective may rise beyond A+++ or even drop to lower than E- in various condition)
Give him EX rank because that will make Madmiral can suffer as much as he want but still survive under right condition
