I'll admit, her abyssal form almost reminds me of Midway.

Funny, back then when the anime came out I thought of Fubuki becoming an abyssal in the end along with Akagi if they all failed AL/MI, with Akagi becoming Midway and Fubuki being her abyssal escort.

Now I await art of Midway Hime and Abyssal Fubuki together.
