Looks like Agravain is trying to get Artoria to put a fucking shirt ondo up her cloak (due to the snow), and her response is basically 'obey the boobs'.
I cannot recognize a single Japanese character, so that's just based on the action.
Depends. The one we can get from the gacha is just an adult Saber who used Rhongomyniad instead of Excalibur so yeah. She's a bit more mature overall though since she was able to age.
The one in the story is an Artoria who didn't die after Camlann and took up Rhongomyniad which after hundreds of years transformed her into a divine being. Goddess Rhongomyniad is a more accurate name for her at that point then Artoria. Personality wise, she thinks more the way a god does and doesn't have the same logic or empathy of a human. Protecting humanity to her means to preserve the best samples of humans like keeping them in a museum while ignoring the needs or desires of the individual.
