I get the impression she is (at least in the fate series) like a psuedo-slut. She tries to build the impression of being easy but only has eyes for lancer and deep down is an innocent and inexperienced girl~
I'd call it the "porn star fallacy", as in "no one wants to marry a porn star/prostitute".
While there certainly are the people who revel in being able to ruin a girl's purity, I (want to) believe that more people doesn't hold such self-centered view.
It's simply "the more blatantly sluttier a character is, the bigger turn-off she also is". It's the same principle people don't like alpha bitches no matter how pretty they are, their personality goes beyond the line of unlikable that their looks can't compensate for.

No... even in Fate, she's pretty open about being a total, unabashed slut. Her Noble Phantasm is basically what it looks like from the in-game animations (running down her target in her chariot, dragging them inside it, and having her wicked way with them behind the curtains). She says she's inexperienced with being "in love", but when it comes to sex, she's the biggest slut in all of Chaldea.
She even says that her qualification as a Rider-class Servant is not so much the chariot, so much as it's her fame for 'riding' men.
Plus, try looking up her legend. There's a reason that among the conditions she demands of a husband, one of them is to be 'a man with no jealousy'.
