I was all sad until "I'm going to sound the buzzer". Then I laughed. Is there anyone (even as kids) who actually thought that a rape whistle or panic alarm really works? Too bad this guy didn't try to kidnap Khorosho. Verniy would probably pull out a tokarev and give him his daily dose of lead.
Note: The Rape Alarm isn't so much used to call the police to your location. It alerts everyone in the vicinity to its location. Kidnappers are often times those who fear social recognition, so being caught out in the open and the center of attention is often a (social) death sentence to them. Being caught attempting kidnapping just seals the deal.
More often than not, the device is more of a deterrent than actually meant to be used. Not until they start putting GPS tracking beacons in them, anyway.

I feel betrayed, somehow... Yet another artist who draws really cute/pretty pictures but seems to enjoy seedy fetishes. I feel bad for Akatsuki whenever I look at this picture, maybe I'm just too sentimental for fictional characters, but I don't want to see my precious DDs receiving this kind of fate.
