I mean in the official damage CG it does show that Kiso does indeed have heterochromia.

But I thought that the heterochromia was just to indicate that her eye had been damaged and she was partially, if not fully, blind due to that. Not cause she wanted to sound mysterious....

Post-natal heterochromia is still heterochromia, even if you can't see out of it.
