That is interesting. Didn't know the Union Jack isn't symmetrical.

It's more complicated than I thought it was. I added the error tag because the lower left quadrant looked off, removed the error tag because I checked those links and saw that the St. Andrew's Cross is supposed to be above the St. Patrick's Cross in the lower left, and then re-added the error tag when I read a bit further and saw that paragraph and ellipse.

Other flags have this degree of weirdness. The naval ensign of the Japanese Navy Maritime Self Defense Force is the Rising Sun flag, and the Sun is just a smidgen off-center. And the flag of Nepal can legally only be made by a team of 17 drunken left-handed eunuchs during a lunar eclipse (lie).
