This dish has a name?

Kinda looks like a Shibuya honey toast, although this one is round.

At first glance I thought it might be a Mont Blanc, but apart from the color scheme it doesn't really even look like one, so I don't know what I was thinking. Maybe I just really want a Mont Blanc.

It looks like a french-toast brioche vanilla ice cream combo with toffee sauce. Ice cream'd french toast is a thing; at least it is in America as far as I can tell.
